Bubble Shooter is a clone of the Puzzle Bobble arcade game that was released by Taito in 1994.

The game Bubble Shooter was released by Absolutist in 2002. It was ported to iOS in 2010. It Was ported to Android in 2012 

In April 2014, the developers of Bubble Shooter also partnered with mobile eSports platform Skillz to release an eSports version of the game titled Bubble Shooter Tournaments. In 2015, Absolutist sold the Bubble Shooter IP to Ilyon Dynamics LTD.
